Events

An important element of the project is to help make tools for primary school teachers on active learning about efficient use of energy, renewable energy sources and efficient transport more accessible. One way to do so is for the project partners to partake in events related to this topic and to disseminate information about these events to relevant parties.

Below you will therefore find a list of upcoming events of interest. Should you know of additional events that could be listed here, please contact kdm@nee.no.

EU Sustainable Energy Week

Date and location: 28 January - 1 February 2008, Brussels, Belgium.

The aim of the EU Sustainable Energy Week (EUSEW) is to become the key annual reference point for sustainable energy issues in Europe. The EUSEW will feature major EU and international events covering most of the key topics related to sustainable energy development, so as to favour thematic integration and cross-fertilisation of the results of individual events, and to get the message over to the public that sustainable energy includes all sectors, working together with a common aim. The EUSEW is the first major initiative jointly undertaken by the European institutions and a wide array of private and public authorities.
